It’s a busy time for online orders, and whilst this does mean that you may experience some slight delays, rest assured that we’ll be maintaining the strict health & hygiene standards we’ve put into place. Monday to Saturday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. As per recent Unlock protocols in effects regarding the ongoing pandemic, please allow a few additional days for order dispatch and delivery. We’ll be in touch regarding the same.
Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
Alternatively, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund from us (if your card has already been charged) if the product is out of stock/unavailable after a purchase has been made.
We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners.
You can use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed.
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
